Who should complete this survey?

This survey is for anyone who uses healthcare services in the ACT, including ACT residents and people in regional NSW. We also encourage views from young people, older people, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, mental health consumers, culturally and linguistically diverse communities and LGBTQIA+ Canberrans.

How long will the survey take?

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and we appreciate your time contributing to this important consultation.

Is the online Your Say portal the only way to access this survey?

The survey is completed through the Your Say portal. If you any accessibility issues, please contact us by phone so we can help you complete the survey. Alternatively, hard copy surveys will be available at community health centres and Walk-In Centres.

I’ve already provided my views on healthcare in the ACT, do I have to provide them again?

This consultation builds on previous community engagement, so this survey has a different focus to what we have asked before. If you have previously participated in consultation on health services, you are welcome to complete this survey. At the end of this consultation, we will tell you what your views have contributed to.
