The Territory Plan is the framework that controls development in the ACT. Your input will be used to inform the review of planning in the ACT to help meet the needs of the community, industry and government. This project will assist in the implementation of the ACT Planning Strategy.
Planning is fundamental to our city – and it is essential that we effectively engage with the community as part of the Review. Throughout the life of the project we will involve community and industry in various ways - from designing the engagement, informing the process of the Review, through to updates on the implementation and outcomes of the Review.
This engagement will be both general with the community and targeted through stakeholder groups.
Our engagement plan will reflect the importance of the project and the planning system to the future of Canberra.
