Public housing proposal for 79-85 Antill Street

The ACT Government is proposing to redevelop public housing on 79 – 85 Antill Street. Prior to lodging a development application, we'd like community feedback on the indicative draft designs.

Project snapshot

The proposal is for existing duplexes to be replaced with 16 new dwellings that are more contemporary and will better meet the changing needs of tenants.

We propose to replace the four duplex dwellings with architect designed multi-unit housing – with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and a basement carpark.
