About this survey

The ACT Justice and Community Safety Directorate, on behalf of the Minister for Human Rights, wants to hear from victims of crime in the ACT about their experiences with the Victims’ Charter.

Your feedback will help the ACT Justice and Community Safety Directorate to better understand victims' experiences with the Victims’ Charter and whether it is operating effectively.

Information from this survey will be used to inform a review of the Victims’ Charter and a report on that review, which will be provided to the Minister for Human Rights for their consideration and tabling in the ACT Legislative Assembly.

The survey will be open from 7 April to 20 June 2025. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
