Phase 2 - Co-design community workshop in-person

We want to understand the community values, needs and aspirations for the land release sites. Your responses and any personal information supplied will be utilised for this purpose by the Suburban Land Agency and Place Laboratory and Town Team Movement in accordance with the Territory Privacy Principles.

Pre-event registrations are essential as in person places are limited.

Note - this session is also being run as a separate online session on a different day/time. You do not need to attend both sessions.

Workshop information

Join Place Laboratory, Town Team Movement and the Suburban Land Agency for a collaborative, interactive and informative community workshop.

This workshop will build on the outcomes from the first stage of engagement (‘Discover Phase’). Attendees will:

  • Receive a presentation on the process to develop a Place Design Brief for the land release sites and outcomes from Stage 1 engagement and draft place vision and themes.
  • Participate in interactive games and exercises to define the place objectives for the look and feel of each of the three release site areas and inform development objectives to be included in the Place Design Brief.
  • Finalise the draft place vision and themes and add specific objectives for each release site.

Outcomes from the workshop will inform the Place Design Brief and the non-financial objectives that the redevelopment proposals will be assessed against as part of the land sale process.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided (face-to-face workshop only).
