The SLA are committed to meaningful engagement to ensure that the development of the Molonglo Town Centre reflects the aspirations and expectations of the Molonglo Valley community. To support this, a Community Panel (the Panel) that reflects the community’s diversity was assembled in 2024.

The Panel serves as a standing advisory and testing forum for the project. As the MTC progresses from design to delivery, the Panel offers a reliable platform for ongoing dialogue between the project team and local stakeholders.

We are seeking expressions of interest from those who live in, or aspire to live in the Molonglo Valley, to join the Panel. Panel members may be eligible for community participation compensation in line with SLA Policy.

To be eligible, participants must be 16 years or older, live in the ACT, and have no conflict of interest with the ACT Government (such as current employment or contracting arrangements).

Registrations to express interest in joining the panel are open.

Registrations will be carefully considered to form a well-rounded group of participants that is as representative of the community as possible in terms of age, gender, cultural background, housing type and geographical location.
